How to pay the Token/NFT reward?
After the Giveaway easy tasks and rewards steps, you must pay for the Cwallet with Token/ NFT, to enable your exclusive giveaway. This tutorial will teach you how to pay for it and launch the giveaway success.
When you set the Token/ NFT as reward in your giveaway.
You can preview all of the Giveaway information on the publishment page, including the rewards payment status: Unpaid
Easy click "Pay Now".
Tap "pay with Cwallet" and slip into Cwallet to complete the payment.
Confirm the payment types and amounts.
Enter the password and payment success.
If your account Token/ NFT is insufficient, you should deposit to Cwallet first.
I want to add an extra reward to the same giveaway
If you want to add more rewards to the giveaway that has been created, easy steps to fit this new need.
Located the giveaway you want to re-add rewards.
Click "Manage Giveaway" and "Edit" it.
Choose the reward types you want to add and enter the reward details.
You can view all reward details on the preview page, including the new adding but unpaid rewards.
You have to pay it before the giveaway launch if you choose the token/ NFT rewards.
When the Giveaway's status is Not started, you can edit the rewards you had paid:
Located the Giveaway you want to Edit
Skip to the Rewards page. The reward can be edited.
You need to pay again for all the edited rewards.
Note: You need to re-pay for all rewards you edited. But no worries, the pro-paid rewards will be refunded to your Cwallet account within 30 mins.
Tips: Avoid misunderstanding or scamming behaviour. The rewards can't be deleted or edited after the giveaway status is ongoing;
Where is my reward not be claim?
There is a special situation of giveaway. If the rewards or part of it are not claimed, the rest rewards will be refunded to your Cwallet account within 30 mins after Giveaway ends.
